Luciano has over 20 years of experience in the mining industry, with extensive experience in evaluating and exploring mining assets. He has explored in Chile, Argentina, Peru, Mexico, Ecuador, Brazil, and Central Asia.
He has been part of companies such as Rio Tinto, Hochschild Mining, and Torq Resources. Since 2015, he has been an advisor and technical consultant for multiple mining companies.
In addition, he obtained a postgraduate degree in certification and valuation of mining assets and has developed techniques for geological mapping, sampling, QA/QC, core logging, mineral vectoring and targeting in mineral deposits of various commodities such as copper, gold, silver, base metals, bauxites and diamonds.

Sebastián has more than 20 years of experience in the mining industry, with extensive experience in evaluating and exploring mining assets. He has carried out exploration work for several companies, such as Vale Mining Company, NGex (Lundin Group), First Quantum, Silver Standard and Hochschild Mining, and as a consultant in several projects in Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, Peru, Mexico and Central Asia. Since 2017, he has been an advisor and technical consultant for multiple mining companies.
In addition, he obtained a postgraduate degree in Mining Geology from the University of Buenos Aires, took geological mapping courses in Nevada, USA, and developed geological mapping, sampling, core logging, mineral vectoring, and targeting techniques in mineral deposits of various commodities such as copper, gold, silver, and base metals.

General Manager and Senior Geologist in Spectral Geology
María Carolina has experience in IOCG deposits acquired in companies such as Freeport-McMoran and Lundin Mining, developing exploration around the Candelaria Mine, one of the largest copper producers in Chile and one of the largest IOCG deposits in the world. In addition, she carried out research on carbonate replacement deposits in the San Antonio district.
Since 2016, María Carolina has specialized in spectral geology applied to the knowledge of hydrothermal alteration and mineralization of various mineral deposits and in studies of recognition of detrimental minerals in engineering projects and in metallurgical processes.
